Introduction

G383-V PC Violet is a middle-grained granite, which is currently the best analogue of the Chinese G383 and G664 Bainbrook Brown granites, quarries of which are closed at the moment. It has stable brownish color, which looks attractive both in polished and flamed states. Also, when we get inquiries where price matters (usually it's a big projects) - we always offer this granite as one of the cheapest not only in Vietnam, but also on the world market.

Middle grain texture makes G383(V) PC Violet granite a perfect solution for both public and private residences, covering large surfaces (pavement stone, curbstones, facades), and production of individual elements (countertops, steps, monuments).

Polished tiles/strips are the most popular finishing of G383-V PC Violet granite. High polishing degrees (85+) create a mirror effect and reveal the beauty of this stone to its full.

Flamed

Perfectly match for tiles and steps, where the rough surface is needed. Flaming reveals the so-called "softness" of this granite and makes a perfect combination with polished tiles for your project (for ex. flamed steps + polished risers etc).

BUSHHUMMERED

Quarry and Factory

The light brown granite G383-V quarry and factory are located in southern Vietnam. The factory and quarry are owned by one company, which allows for rapid decision-making. The quarry is exceptionally large and well developed, which guarantees stable supplies of almost any volume as quickly as possible. G383-V processing factory is export-oriented and supplies products worldwide including Japan!

Equipment

The factory is equipped with new machines from the best Chinese manufacturers: Julun, Shengda, etc. Multi blade hydraulic cutting machines (guarantees minimum thickness tolerances of +- 1.5 mm), bridge cutting machines (high geometry tolerances of +- 1 mm), several automatic polishing lines, and other equipment (for heat treatment, bush-hammering, etc.) are used.

High polishing degree

The high polishing degree of our G383-V granite is achieved by using a 20-heads polishing line operating at low speed in order to maximize processing quality.
